Boasting an overal won loss record of 222-87-2, Wyatt returned to his home state with hopes of rebuilding the Aggies football fortunes.   His hope is that the team will be as successful as his first stint as an Aggie coach when he helped turn the program around culminating in an undefeated season in 1981 and a national playoff appearance falling to the eventual national champions.

Before turning around the RiverCity Rage, Wyatt spent 13 years coaching in Europe, with the last six seasons in Germany with the Rhein Main Razorbacks of the German Football League.  During his European experience, Wyatt won a European Championship and an Italian National Champioinship and never coached a team that did not make a playoff appearance.
